2. Purpose
We use information to create accounts, verify dealers, publish and manage listings, connect buyers and sellers, process or record payments, prevent fraud, provide support, improve the service, comply with legal obligations, and protect users.
3. Buyer Enquiry Consent
When a buyer sends an enquiry, the buyer consents to Africars sharing their submitted name, email, phone number, message, and vehicle enquiry details with the relevant dealer or seller so the dealer can respond.
4. Dealer Document Consent
Dealers consent to the collection, storage, review, and use of submitted compliance documents for account verification, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and lawful requests from competent authorities.
5. Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with payment processors, hosting providers, email/SMS providers, verification support teams, professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement where reasonably necessary or legally required.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including access controls and upload restrictions. No online system is completely risk-free.
