Refund Policy
This policy applies to platform fees, enquiry fees, listing fees, featured listing fees, advertising services, and other digital marketplace charges on Africars.co.zm.
1. General Rule
Payments made for digital marketplace services are generally non-refundable once processed, because access, exposure, enquiry routing, listing activation, or promotional services may begin immediately.
2. Refunds We May Consider
A refund may be considered where there is a duplicate payment, a clear system error, a payment was processed but the paid service was not delivered, or an unauthorized transaction is confirmed after review.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not normally issued for change of mind, failure to complete a vehicle transaction, vehicle condition disputes, dealer-buyer disagreements, expired promotions, incorrect information supplied by the user, or services already delivered.
4. Vehicle Transactions
Africars does not automatically refund or reverse private payments made directly between buyers and sellers. Users should verify vehicle documents, ownership, condition, and payment terms before concluding any transaction.
5. Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted to support@africars.co.zm with the account email, payment reference, amount, date, and reason.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7-14 business days, subject to payment provider, bank, mobile money, or card network timelines.
